Since 1966, through three generations, our oil mill is inspired by strong and consolidated roots, projecting, today more than ever, its efforts towards the culture of extra virgin olive oil. Obtained from typical varieties of our land, the oil of the Cecci oil mill is the testimony of the commitment that we put in carrying out a centuries -old tradition. The seven types of oil are produced through a modern continuous cycle system, which contrasted with a centuries -old tradition, which began in the nineteenth century in Monterrubiaglio in the heart of Umbria.
