BATTIFERRO TARTUFI

The Battiferro Tartufi company was born from the intuition of two friends raised with a common passion: the truffle. Battiferro is a villa of 13 souls located at 649 meters SLM. The old country overlooks the Valserra, offering a breathtaking landscape. It is here that Federico and Daniele's grandparents are born, who since the immediate post -war period go in search of their great passion: the truffle !!! The fragrant tuber that was born in the darkness of the earth is offered only to those who have tenacity and determination in the research and knowledge of the territory. Alfiero and Carlo, the grandparents of the two, have them to sell. The two truffles transmit their knowledge to their beloved grandchildren who, since children armed with gospery, come together with determination in search of the precious tuber, with the help of the beloved dogs. In 2021 Federico and Daniele decided to transform the passion for truffle into their work and open the first warehouse in via Vulcano in Terni. Battiferro Tartufi was born as follows: with the fresh truffle and the light-heartedness of two friends-farmers who with hard work will try to achieve the set goals.
