LAB 5 ATELIER CERAMICHE

Lab 5 Atelier is a small ceramic laboratory in the heart of the Valle d'Aosta Alps. It was born in 2018 from the initiative of Silvia, in love with the nature combined with the beauty of visible clay. He decides to found a laboratory in which to create vasellame with natural impressions with high altitude rare alpine plants, the mountains of the Aosta Valley, and spontaneous wild flowers. A line of dishes, cups, jugs and each object at the service of the table and catering is born with the aim of enhancing the local naturalistic heritage. Each production is made exclusively by hand and without use of molds, in order to be a unique and not reproducible piece. Each plant used, having to be impressed fresh, guarantees that its production is actually a ""seasonal"" ceramic. She likes to think of creating objects that combine utility and practicality, the ability to excite. Parallel to the artisan activity, Silvia is active in teaching, following students of all ages.
