The Fondaco delle Spezie was born from the union of different skills, experiences and sensitivity: saffron producers of the Khorasan region (North East of Iran), Italian entrepreneurs with decades of experience in the agri -food sector and experts in cuisine and Italian culinary history . We unite the passion and commitment to restore value to food in respect not only of those who consume it, but also of those who produce it, in harmony with environment and ecosystems.
