PSZ Snails by Azienda Agricola Stefano Zanfini
PSZ Snails is a young company that deals with the production and marketing of Helix snails from gastronomy and all the products they derive. It was born on the borders of the Sila National Park, in the municipality of Acri (CS) and is associated with the Italian Confederation of Helic growers, a technical-scientific body for the production of the Mollusco Helix. PSZ Snails uses, for the preparation of its products, exclusively Italian snails, coming from farms with natural system.
