The company was born in 2014 with the purchase of 4 hectares of land near the house where I moved from Milan in 2011. We need time to learn and understand what and how to cultivate and more time to give shape to the fruits of work in the fields. In 2018 the first aromatic and medicinal plants are placed and in 2021 the food workshop takes shape. We grow and transform aromatic, officinal, vegetables and spontaneous plants (the latter collected on plots left specially uncultivated). Two lines are born from the aromatic and medicinal plants, a agri -food where the plants are transformed into spices and condiments for our herbal teas, oils and flavored salts, sauces and in oil that takes the name of Kirkaia and the Acquavita cosmetic line, made by ours trusted biologist Luca Rosati, in his laboratory.
