Luca, Andrea and Stefano carry on an activity handed down for generations: a flock of about 1000 sheep fueled mainly to the wild in the ownership land, rich in Mediterranean scrub, in the nurra of Sassari. The fulcrum of the activity is the dairy where they transform the milk of their sheep into craft cheeses that retains all the scent of the shrubs and herbs typical of the area. Among the various products, the Sardinian Dop flower stand out and the cheese cream, obtained from the merger of the seasoned Sardinian flower, excellent both spread on bread and in addition to a sauce. The semicotto are also worth trying, a pecorino cheese produced between January and July with raw milk and made from a minimum of 2 to 12/18 months, and the musical ricotta, which can also be seasoned.
