Kalos Jero operates in the perspective of a new path of enhancement and promotion of those exclusive niche productions of its Grecanic area. It continues all this through simple and linear procedures. The aim is to relaunch and enhance the production linked to food and wine in order to promote the territory through its productive specificities. But at the same time it aims to safeguard the food and wine cultural heritage and local traditions from the uniforming globalization processes also in taste and nutrition. The goal of the Kalos Jero restaurant is to protect and enhance the products not called and at risk of extinction, recognizing important food and wine realities typical of this village.
