Our history Jeb began his adventure in 2008 from Chiara's passion for the artisan brasslic world, surrounded by greenery of the Biella mountains along the itinerant panoramic path that leads to the discovery of the Zegna Oasis, giving new life to a factory that in the past bottled Natural drinks and water at 1000 meters above sea level, our beers, not filtered and unpasteurized, arise from the curiosity to experiment with different styles using selected raw materials and favoring ancient products related to our territory. There are several awards obtained over the years in national and international competitions including beer of the year, Brussels Beer Challenge and Slow Food prizes, Piedmont artisan excellence. What we do in the moments when we are not struggling with malts and hops, we take care of providing our beers in drums with stapling for private parties, bars, restaurants and Proloco. We pack favors and gift ideas with customized labels for degrees, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. The warm and well -kept environment inspired by the mountain tradition in which the wood is the protagonist and a qualified staff will welcome you at best at any time of the year, with continuous hours and a wide choice of spine beers and in the bottle, to be tasted in loco or to be purchased in our store. From breakfast to dinner we offer a rich and varied menu by favoring local craft products: Valsesian Miace, sandwiches, salami and cheese cutting boards, pizzas, snails with Bourguignonne, Hamburger of Fassona Piedmontese, Arrosticini ... paying particular attention to people with food intolerances. We organize tasting dinners and themed evenings related to seasonality. Through our social channels and the WhatsApp Broadcast group you will always remain updated on the next events. Stay Tuned! Finally, in 2013 we gave birth to the ""Senz'oste Brewery"": a self service area inside the outdoor surface 24 hours a day where you can buy and taste our beers.
