The Torrefazione Nerokaffè was born with the aim of creating a high quality coffee following the traditional processing method. The achievement of this result is possible thanks to the constant search and selection of different coffee crops and to the improvement of the same toasting process. Slow, gradual and constantly monitored by the expert eye of the roasted, our roasting is carried out separately for each single type of raw coffee so as to extract the best aromatic parts and obtain a unique product. By integrating and mixing strengths and coffee characteristics of different origins, therefore, Nerokaffè creates its blends with a balanced taste and intense and harmonious aroma. We are also focusing on the processing of Caffè Specialty Monorigine, also to introduce the consumer in a concept of consumption of coffee that also overlooks other cultures. Our management in the name of quality and tradition aims to create a highly artisanal product and to ensure a service aimed at satisfying an increasingly attentive customers to the quality of what consumes.
