The Martini pastry shop produces confectionery specialties according to the recipes that have been handed down by grandfather Martini. We mainly produce the famous soft amaretti that we offer in different flavors including the classic with sweets and armor, those with hazelnuts and chestnuts, the Capuchin taste, pears and walnuts, flavored with Barolo Chinato and the Moscato DOCG. We also produce a selection of soft fruit amaretti in eight different varieties: apricot, fishing, apple, coconut, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and banana with real fruit pulp and lemon with untreated lemon juice. We also produce different varieties of Cuneo chocolates, the white and black truffles and some biscuits including Italian kisses and the biscuits of Clavesana alla Meliga. All our products are available for private label.
