Our family-run company specializes in the production of Nun's boobs following Nonna Lucia's original recipes.

Our typical Apulian desserts are the result of a meticulous selection of raw materials and artisanal production attentive to every detail; The high quality flours and precise cooking guarantee perfect uniformity and consistency.

Also known as Apulian sighs, our Tette della Monaca combine tradition and innovation, starting from the classic recipe with soft sponge cake and Chantilly cream up to combinations with chocolate, hazelnut, chopped pistachios and berries.
