PORCO NERO CEPPO PICENTINO

Porco Nero Ceppo Picentino is an exclusive reality of the Picentini Mountains, born from the experience of a veterinarian and the intrapardiality of his partner. For some years their work aims to obtain a rustic strain, bred in the wild state, which gives quality meats, with a distribution of intramuscular fat (bridge and parsley) that gives the latter more taste and juiciness. The pure races of origin are two black strains, the Durok and the Lucanian Apulo Calabrian.
