We are organic producers of citrus fruits in Sicily, in Paternò, voked area to the production of tarot orange orange, mandarins and lemons. The presence of the Etna volcano creates thermal excursion phenomena between day and night and this is the condition for which you can produce a truly unique tarot orange. We are passionate about our work and strongly linked to our land, we have always had aware of being the first ring of the food chain, like every producer, and this makes us feel responsible for everything we produce and that is intended for the public. We then introduced the production of organic citrus fruit jams and honey, to be present at breakfast or in the realization of a cake homemade, our customers. Our citrus organic jam has also been awarded as an ""innovative product"" for the presence of honey that replaces sugar. We also thought how to replace industrial sauces with the preparation of vegetables composite, such as red pepper confit, pumpkin with black pepper and onion with red chili, all organic and purity, free of oil and salt, to use just like Common sauces, but obtaining important nutritional benefits. Our organic honey is all Sicilian, a source of energy and a stimulus to our antibodies, and finally, but not least, our organic EVO oil, the Nucellara dell'Etna, also awarded the silver aid with drop of gold. Our commercial proposal is of products that become lifestyle and enter into daily feeding with taste and start of a conversion of healthy food habit.
