In the heart of Sicily, a region rich in tradition and gastronomic culture, in 1987, Giuseppe Messina, founded the confectionery company Etnadolce dedicated to the production of Marzipan, almond, crunchy pastries, candied citrus fruits, towers, panettoni and artisan doves. In 2000, Joseph is joined in the business management from his family, which involved Maria Grazia, Vanessa and Lorraine in the development of marketing and commercial activities as well as by the Triscari family, which involved Angelo, Marco and Sonia in the development of all other activities related to Production and logistics. After his premature disappearance, in 2017 he advances the second generation that he involves his daughters, Lorraine and Vanessa involved in the front line, who decide to continue the dream of his father by investing in product innovation and finally succeeding to cross national borders introducing the concept of Business internationalization. Today we take care of it as if it were another sister.
