The company was founded in 1988, located at an altitude of 1200m in the mountains, we represent the highest dairy in Sardinia. Located at the foot of the Gennargentu massif, he enjoys an optimal position for a niche production of sheets and high quality milk goats. The uncontaminated pastures and the multiflora give our cheeses aromas and unique aromas.
