In the splendid centuries-old woods present on the territory of this beautiful Italian region, the company Le Trifole Truffles, still family-run, collects valuable white truffle, black summer truffle, white truffle and fine black truffle, which then selects and transforms to the Interior of your laboratory. All products are the result of artisan processing, in which they are not used or artificial preservatives or dyes, so that the genuineness and aromaticity of truffle are expressed in their most natural and authentic character. The company Trifole Truffles offers you this very fragrant raw material in all its forms and in numerous combinations: whole seasonal truffles, sliced, united with creams, oil, butter or salt. Products such as porcini and truffle cream, truffle cheese, are also created, so that other excellent Piedmontese productions are highlighted, along with one of the most appreciated and sought after raw materials. Thanks to this choice, the company Trifole Truffles reported attention to the conspicuous Piedmontese production of truffles, a region favorable to the growth of various types of this tuber, and responsible for 60% of the national white and black white truffles.
