Our seasonings are cold extracted. The olives are moled over 12/24 hours following the collection at the premises of our company, then the oil is bottled and d labeled by hand. Our jams, compounds, jams, the inoli are produced with fruit and vegetables at 0 km. The fruit and vegetables passed from the field to the laboratory where it is selected peeled and worked strictly by hand, without adding dyes, thickeners and preservatives.
