Production concerns pre-cooked foods of animal and vegetable origin, underlers and preserves. Our goal is to carry out the culinary traditions of our region. In addition to the classic Calabrian chilli, some of our most appreciated products are the ""Morzello Catanzarese"" and in the winter period ""cicoli and pork jelly"", without neglecting the famous ""Spilinga nduja"".
