The history of the Dairy Stirparo begins around 1960, from a splendid intuition of our grandfather, Salvatore Stirparo, who decided to give life to a cheese and ricotta production activity, taking advantage of the breeding of his sheep and cattle. The dairy currently works about 100 quintals of milk a day, producing a wide range of cheeses capable of satisfying the customer's request. The great passion for this work and the experience gained over the years have made it possible to grow professionally, equipping themselves of the most modern machinery for the production and packaging of cheeses. The Pecorino represents the corporate core business. Among the special cheeses we remember in addition to spicy ones (peppered, rocket, olives, pistachio, walnuts, black pepper ...), Curd, Ricotta, Mozzarelle, Goat cheese, Burino, Milk Provola, Cow cheese.
