HYBLA CONSERVE
In Sicily, the preparation of the sauce is an ancient tradition, a great party to which the whole family participates. When ""the bottles are made"", as they say here, there are times, roles and rules to be respected. But above all, there are a passion and experience of an entire family. This is why the homemade sauce has everything another flavor. The Hybla method: Hybla remained faithful to the traditions of the past. The tomatoes we use are hand-picked, scrupulously selected and put in stock for no more than eight hours. To prepare our preserves we follow a few steps, a bit like it was done in the Sicilian families of the past. The tomato is boiled, past and then pierced into the bottles; Pasteurization is performed in a bain-marie, A delicate process that preserves all the qualities of the tomato. Above all, we work only on small quantities and we follow a purely artisan method. Here is the secret of our sauces, preserves genuine, as made at home, very far from industrial products, born to make you rediscover, at first taste, the flavors and perfumes of the past.
