The milk taste dairy was born in common Caltagirone which rises on the Erei mountains that extend south east from the Sicily center. It is in the green mountain pasture rich in the most varied aromatic herbs, which shepherds raise in the wild or seed brado cattle of rustic breeds, which give milk the highest quality both in taste and in property giving the incipit to the history of a cheese that we can define secular and which contributes to creating the identity of a people, of a territory. The company conducts its activity by leveraging a passion of a welded and lasting family, the high professionalism, the genuineness of its products and in the absolute respect for the environment. The dairy realizes its products entirely by hand, taking care of all the phases of production, guaranteeing safety and quality to the products which, again, in the third millennium, speak the ancient language of tradition and maintain the taste of a past time. For the preparation of fresh cheeses in the milk taste company it is not resorted to thermal treatments of pasteurization, precisely to leave the richness of the perfumes and nutrients of the local milk from which they come from.
