The Molino Austria Austria di Ioanna Domenico was born from the passion for its own territory, the highest mountain in Puglia, and the Pescara lake with pristine pastures and woods. It is born from the desire to safeguard the biodiversity of the native breeds such as the Garganian goat and the black pig of the Dauni Monti. It is a small family-run company, which comes to bring the traditional and completely natural product, directly to the final consumer, always in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
