Caseificio Ponte Molinello
The company born as a buffalo breeding (450 garments), then turns into a dairy at an ancient farmhouse. It extends over 60 hectares intended for the cultivation of fodder for feeding buffalo, meadow for grazing and large stalls. The products created only with milk from our company are processed immediately after the milking phase so as not to lose important nutritional qualities. Diamond tip is the ""buffalo flower"": mozzarella stuffed with cream and chilles that closed may seem like a classic mozzarella, while opened has the appearance of a flower.
