The adventure in the taste of the Blanco family starts from Nonno Rocco, overalled baker who, in addition to knowing how to make the excellent bread, was a master in the production of nougat. In 1986 the Blanco decided to pass the precious confectionery heritage of grandfather Rocco following the recipe and adapting it to a more modern taste.
