The Sicilian food preserves (S.C.A.) deals with skilful skill of the transformation and conservation of vegetables and olives into subli, paté, pesti and creams. The company has recently transferred the production plant to the neighboring territory of Centuripe, a very ancient site of the province of Enna, where the supply of fresh raw materials is facilitated. In the aforementioned factory, a latest generation packaging system is used which allows us to monitor the various phases of the estimated production in the packaging of about 15,000 pcs per day.
