Delights from Valdichiana, is a reality that comes from the experience gained in over fifty years of dairy activity, we have now produced exclusively cheese and goat cheeses with recipes and seasoning that derive from the popular tradition of Valdichiana, creating extremely pretabled and high products Quality and presenting to the public, every year, always new products but which are the result of research made between the old farmers and shepherds of the Valdichiana area. Through these researches we rediscovered flavors and perfumes that belonged to the tradition, now in disuse, as for example: the pecorino pecorino, the pecorino in chestnut leaves, the nocino pecorino, the pecorino in the ramerino, the pecorino flashing of the transumante, the olive pecorino or that seasoned in straw etc ... alongside these traditional flavors we also approached products that are the result of our inventiveness, such as: pecorino with pears, with oranges and figs or the coffee pecorino; In our stand each time we propose about 36 different types of cheeses as well as artisan cold cuts, produced exclusively in Valdichiana and with meat from our valley, such as wild boar or Vitellone Chianino, Cinta Senese and the true Finocchiona Toscana IGP.
