The Bottega del Torrone was founded in 1995 by the Secchi family, which inherited art according to an ancient recipe handed down for over three hundred years and with the adoption of craft methods, guarded with pride and care. The goodness and authenticity of the product are obtained with the use of exclusively Sardinian honey, with an accurate choice of dried fruit and continuous attention, patience and dedication in all phases of processing and cooking, which takes place over low heat.
