L'Angolo Dolce e Salato

I am Graziella Basile, owner of the bakery The Salato sweet corner, opened in 1996 by my parents between sleepless nights, some sacrifice and a lot of passion. The activity today is conducted by me and my husband, carrying out my parents' teachings with dedication. The production is varied, with both sweet and savory products; From here the activity takes its name. Among our strengths we certainly find Pittanchiusa, a typical Christmas sweet based on walnut almonds and raisins that today we produce all year to satisfy the great demand; Not to mention our Taralli, produced following the ancient local recipes, and many other delights.
