I am Francesco Scarpino, and I work the wood since adolescent age. Starting with models of ancient sailing ships I learned to treat the wood, refining various work techniques until you reach the lathe. After various experiences from Hobbysta, my passion for wood has turned into a VAT number and a shop of mine. The warmth of the wood, its veins and its natural color are sensations in which nature becomes art. My latest creation, my wooden pens, which simply drawn with natural waxes, is my attempt to transmit to anyone the opportunity to be unique.
