Cantina Di Barrò

I am Elvira Rini, owner of Di Barrò winery since 1999. For three generations my family has been managing the whole supply chain, from the system of vineyards to the marketing of wine. Our company, based in Saint-Pierre, extends over three hectares to the land of Villeneuve, Sarre and Aymavilles, to produce red and white wines, a passito and a classic method sparkling wine. For fifteen years we have only been using stainless steel tanks to privilege the specificities of the vines, encourage primary and secondary aromas and aromas of the bunches and terroir and transfer the net imprint of the territory.
