My name is Laura Ciacci and I am the president of a community cooperative on the net with many small food and wine producers of the province of Rieti, a reality born in 2013 to promote the basket of the excellence of the territory inspired by Slow Food's ""Clean and Just good"" good "". In 2017, in the historic center of Rieti, we opened ""the three doors"", the first tourist and cultural food and wine center in which to find the products of about 70 small producers, to be enjoyed also in the tavern, and to be lived through the many activities that We promote.
