Dairy Buonaparte was born in 1991 by the passion of our parents for milk processing and the production of genuine products; Thus they created and carried out the company joining, in perfect symbiosis, the ancient taste of the product to modern and innovative processing systems. Since we are child's children we are passionate about this job. Ours is a small family-run company that in recent years has increased its artisan specialization in order to improve its products more and more and create new combinations that exalted the taste and quality of Calabrian raw materials.
