OLIO GIACCO

I am Giuseppe and together with my cousins ??and sisters, but above all together with the unestchibile grandfather Ferdinando Giacco, we manage the family oil mill. Our olive groves, placed in Calabria, are rich in olive cultivar Ottobratica, Round of Fogaso and Sinopolese. The olives, once collected, are cold juices according to tradition to maintain their exceptional organoleptic properties intact. Finally, they are stored in stainless steel containers in the absence of oxygen and in rooms at a controlled temperature to keep the olfactory, healthy and gustative properties unaltered
