I am Pier Paolo Fiori, holder of the AZ. AGR. Farm Flowers. Ours is a family-run reality founded in the 800s and always specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano from the milk of cows directly born and raised in our village of Rodogno. The milk without GMOs, worked separately in a dairy of the territory, is transformed into Parmigiano Reggiano to be then seasoned for several months. We offer three different types of seasoning to satisfy the palates of each customer. All products of our company are controlled and certified by the No GMO supply chain.
