Dairy San Faustino was born after a long experience in the seasoning and dairy aging field, then in 2019 to carry out the new operational headquarters with the whole milk transformation department. Recently built plant but marked in search of traditionality in the production of cheeses. In our dairy we transform both cow's milk and goat's milk, the peculiarity of our workmanship is raw milk. Our conferents are small local companies, fundamental to have a short supply chain and above all to guarantee the quality of the raw material that will then become our cheese.
